In case your signage or digital menu computer gets damage, we will replace it free of changes.
Your digital signage or menu system will be restore from the latest backup created.
We will ship your signage or digital menu system replacement as soon as the restoration is done, note express mail such as one day shipping will cost an additional charge.
We will cover not cover your signage or menu system if physically damage.
If your device is physically damage and the warranty is void we will charge you with the original price for that unit, price included restoration, label shipping and handling.
If for any reason you need same day replacement one of our technician will travel to your location to replace the damage system, note we will bill you for label and travel expenses.
